While filling online admission(Std-XI Science)system, two Option form appears i.e.one for MMR and the other for Zone(Mumbai-West). There are 30 options in MMR and 20 options in Mumbai(West)zone. It appears that there are in total 30 + 20=50 options available for a student applying from Goregaon(East)as because the above 20 options and 30 options are different college from each other. Requested to please clarify the following:

1)Merrit list will be prepared based on 30 options only(i.e.MMR wise), or 20 options only(i.e.Zone wise), or 50 options only(i.e. MMR + Zone).

Kindly clarify the above doubts at your earliest.

    Hello,

I am applying for online admissions for FYJC this year. I have a query regarding the way in which preferences are considered by the system. While processing the form, are 15 of MMR considered first, then 15 of Ward, then 5 of zone, OR preference 1 of MMR, then preference 1 of zone, preference 1 of ward, then preference 2 of MMR, zone, ward, and so on? Please help as soon as possible. Thanks.

what is this new funda about online we r getting admission where we dont want and in the second list no name really we are disharted why did we study so hard to bring good percentage and then go to such colleges where i think so that it is enough n from now no studies. do whatever you all want. I am really dicourged.

  • Priyanka

The system is not that effective as the students scoring good percentage don get the college of their choice and also, the betterment options is not good as when we get admission in third list we cannot cancel the college we got in second list just because we had cancelled the admission from college in first list. Also, instead there shouls be maximum five merit list for every college and the merit cutoff of current year os colleges zone wise should be provided so that atleast while filling the offline form after third list they can atleast get an idea which college they can go for….

  • pradeep
